Introduction

The product: The Desk Booking App simplifies workspace management by allowing users to reserve desks, rooms, and more via interactive maps, QR check-ins, and mobile access, all integrated with Microsoft tools. User Experience

To design the Desk Booking App, we began by identifying user needs and mapping the full interaction flow from login to booking confirmation to ensure a clear experience.

We then built wireframes to structure the interface and validate usability early. Once the flow and layout were solid, we moved on to UI design, focusing on clarity, consistency, and accessibility. The final result is an intuitive product optimized for flexible workplace use.
